Btw, I think I did get what you were saying about books and distractions. As long as we’re buried in other things like books (or journals, even though we may ostensibly be dealing with our “stuff” in them), there’s no room for us to be still and know/observe ourselves. Yes?

Of course it’s ok. Doesn’t feel weird at all. If I say anything that gives you fodder for thought I’m happy. I KNEW being full of sh*t would come in handy for something someday! LOL 😀
