Watching you actually SAY what you’re meaning rather than couching it in poetic terms is a very different experience. I’m finding your videos very informative. And a lot of the things you’ve said over the last 18 months or so are easier to see when I listen to you. Great way to reframe philosophy, at least for me.
You are sweet to me. Thank you. The thing is that what we are all trying to get to has no words it can fit in. It can be known but that knowing is deeper than words I think, or at least the vocabulary we now posess
Yes, I get that now. It has a LOT to do with changing your vocabulary. What a difference that would make in a person’s life.
This whole conversation including the emails might make a good post.

Breathe relax observe yourself. There is no explaining only going and knowing for yourself. Only curiosity and trust will get you there.

Exactly. Brilliant! It is simple but not “easy”. Well it is easy but we are addicted to striving. Just just to be still and breathe. Then just notice what your body does and where your thoughts go and let them go. Dont do just watch

Oh man, I listened to part of your talk and heard you making gentle fun of your habit of saying “Um” and I went to see if I still had this song I put together on Garage Band years ago when I had this interesting massage client who always said “Um” on his phone messages. I sampled his “Um” and wrote a little ditty to honor it (I loved it: meant he was processing). I’m not sure he liked it though (men never get me, but I am resigned to that), but now I’ll share it with you to make you laugh!
