I am whole again back inside myself
He said I need some structure and this may help
But I don’t like rules and deadlines, I have plenty of them already and some of them are life and death
He laughs, reminding me of that ego thing
The world will somehow function without me for a little while

Conscious deliberate time with my Soul would be a change
Perhaps it will be better than requiring my Soul to rage and cry to get my mind’s attention
Maybe the writing will not be epic or moving or . . .

I could relate to the title of your post. I felt the pressure when I signed up for 101 also. I learned a lot though and made some new blogging friends.

Blogging 101 was helpful, yes time consuming, but it made the blog thing much clearer to me. Plus, the folks are nice.

I’m impressed that in a 20 minute forced session you were able to pull out a poem. I would need much more than 20 minutes to generate a poem.
May be part of my illness :). It is actually easier for me to do it that way than any other. Prose and highly structured stuff is difficult. Than you for stopping by.

I’m in it. I got the assignment. I tried to be cool like y’all and link the post to a word but ended up just copying a url
That’s pretty easy. Just type Plato’s Groove in your little post on the commons, then go to your blog in another window and copy your url. Now back to your post in the other tab and highlight Plato’s Groove. A little box will come up and ask you for your url. Just paste it in there. When your post is finished then your site name should be highlighted. You can check it before you post it by clicking on preview.
