I have been working as a “professional” counselor for 25 years or so. I worked hard to attain the papers that magically were to make me into an ex-pert.  I do not regret the many lessons that process taught me but the label now feels confining and does not adequately express what it is I do.  So I have decided to begin cutting the paper professional away and continue on in an identity that I feel is more congruent with who I am.  The best contact is email.  I can arrange for electronic face time if someone lives outside my area.
